Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Tinnitus Sounds mobile application (“the App”) operated by Iseli International Commerce (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the App
Tinnitus Sounds is a wellness application that provides sound therapy for tinnitus relief. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Not a Medical Device
The App is not a medical device and does not treat, cure, or diagnose tinnitus or any other medical condition. Sound therapy is a widely used management approach for tinnitus relief, but the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or experienced in the App.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a free tier and an optional one-time purchase (“Tinnitus Sounds Pro”) at the listed price. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
- Purchases are non-consumable and permanent — you pay once and keep access indefinitely
- Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to us
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to sounds, design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of Iseli International Commerce or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or sell any sounds or content from the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from the App
- Use the App or its content for commercial purposes without written permission
Sound Content
The sounds provided in the App are licensed for use within the App only. They are not provided as standalone audio files and may not be extracted, recorded, or redistributed in any form.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any specific health outcome will result from using the App
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iseli International Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any content obtained from the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Hearing Safety
You are responsible for setting a safe listening volume when using the App. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds may cause hearing damage. We recommend using the App at a comfortable volume and taking regular breaks.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
