Privacy Policy

Iseli International Commerce (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Tinnitus Sounds mobile application (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

All data created by the App is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us or any third party. This includes:

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or location.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase (“Tinnitus Sounds Pro”) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple’s privacy policy governs all payment transactions.

Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). This data is included in your iCloud backups if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device. We have no access to this data.

Data Deletion

You can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Since no data is stored on our servers, uninstalling the App permanently removes all associated data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, social networks, or external APIs. The only external interaction is with Apple’s StoreKit for processing in-app purchases.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
